The cat behind the quest
Chowder is not a focus-grouped mascot. He is the real cat who inspired the name, tone, and stubbornly local spirit of ChowdaQuest. The site’s whole premise — inspecting Rhode Island seafood with affection, specificity, and just enough judgment — comes from his Chief Inspector energy.
He does not personally write the reviews. He does, however, supervise the brand, approve the vibes, and maintain a strong interest in anything that smells like the ocean.
